Robert Posey, Senior Consultant
Born in Pennsylvania in the eastern United States, Bob completed studies in sociology, economics and politics at Rutgers University and has honors degrees from both Cambridge and Duke Universities in international law. He began his professional career in Geneva with the International Labor Office - ILO - in external relations, human resources and management development. He continued his career in public affairs and public relations with Hewlett-Packard and Dow Chemical Europe.
Bob has marketing management experience with international groups including Executive TeleCard, the World Economic Forum, Booz Allen and Hamilton and a British investment group. He has been active in career counseling since 1991 and served as a Human Resources Manager with BP Chemicals during the period just prior to the closure of their Geneva operation. Bob launched Performance Development Partners in spring of 1997.
